We ship orders via UPS/FedEx/USPS depending on the order and every shipment is insured for the full purchase price.

Luxury Watches and Fine Jewelry will gladly offer free UPS / Fedex Ground shipping and free USPS Priority Mail for all orders. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.


Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders for in-stock items received by 3:30 PM Pacific Time USA time Monday-Friday usually ship the same day.

Air and Ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays. Luxury Watches and Fine Jewelry offices, including shipping and customer support, are closed on weekends and holidays.
Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location.

For your protection and ours, credit card orders are shipped only to the credit card billing address or alternate address on file at the time of the purchase. You must add alternate delivery addresses by contacting the credit card issuing bank. PayPal orders are shipped only to addresses associated with the PayPal account.

In order to be sure your purchase reaches you, all orders are shipped insured with signature required at delivery. If you will not be at the delivery address, please arrange for an adult to be available to receive your package.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Luxury Watches & Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Luxury Watches & Fine Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


You may return your order for a full refund or an exchange within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. However, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. The return shipping charges will be free for damaged or defective items.
